Yes, you can ship to an address which is different from the one provided in your account details. While placing the order, enter the address you wish the shipment to be delivered to and we will do the needful.

After placement and confirmation of the order, please allow us 2-7 business days for the delivery of your order.
Yes, you may direct a neighbour or someone else at your house to collect the order on your behalf. Please coordinate for the same with the delivery agent assigned to you by contacting them on the phone number provided to you in your order updates.
You can cancel an order any time before it has been shipped. For cancelling your order, here is what you have to do:
  • Go to the Orders page on the menu bar.
  • Click on the order you want to cancel.
  • Select the entire order or products you want to cancel.
  • Click ‘Cancel selected items.’
Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a notification confirming the same. If you have paid online for the order, you will also receive the information about your refund through Email/SMS.
