Can I request for a return?
No, unfortunately, we do not accept returns on orders unless the shipment, or any part of it, is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect.
What do I do if I have received a damaged product?
We apologize for any inconvenience which may have been caused to you due to a damaged product in your order. In such a case, we request you to contact our customer care at +91 98183 54306 along with details of your order number and name as well as the nature of the defect. Also attach the pictures of the defective item for our team to evaluate. Once we have undertaken a quality assessment of the product, our team will guide you through the returns.
We will have the defective/damaged item collected from your address and replace it at the earliest at our cost. In case you are required to ship the item back to us, we will also refund the additional shipping costs incurred by you on receipt of an original invoice for the same.
In case we are unable to provide a replacement, a refund will be generated to you after confirming with you.
The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment and shall reflect in your account within 7-10 business days.
Note: Please note that any claim without a picture will not be valid.
When will I receive the replacement/exchange item?
After the pickup of your damaged/defective item is completed, it will be shipped back to us which can take 7-10 business days.
Our team will then undertake to ship the replacement product and it will be delivered to you within 3-5 days.
