Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are delivered within 2-7 business days.

Delays in delivery may occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. But we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. In case of any delay, we will notify you of the same.

All orders are delivered through our registered courier partners. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

We accept all major debit & credit cards, including Mastercard, Visacard, and American Express. We also provide Net Banking options across most of the banks and UPI payment facilities. We also offer Cash on Delivery payment option for selected pin codes.

To track your order, visit the ‘My Orders’ section. We will keep updating you by email/phone/Whatsapp about the order status.

Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address, including PIN code and a mobile number to help us deliver your order faster.

In case of missed deliveries, our delivery partners will make three attempts. try thrice. In case, the customer is not available at the time of the scheduled delivery, our delivery partner will make a second attempt on the next business day, followed by a third attempt on the following business day, if necessary. If the package is still not received by the customer, the order will be treated as cancelled and returned to us.

WHERE ALL DO YOU SHIP TO?

With the assistance of our delivery partners, we are trying to ensure that Table Joy products can be delivered to anyone across India. However, due to logistics issues, we may not be able to service certain pin codes. Hence, we advise all customers to check availability at their pin code on our website before placing an order. In the unfortunate event that your pin code is out of our delivery service area, you can contact our Customer Care and we will attempt to accommodate you through alternate delivery options.

IS COD AVAILABLE FOR MY LOCATION?

While we offer Cash on Delivery for most locations, available of this facility is subject to the coverage of our courier partners. If your location is not covered under COD, please make the payment online to confirm your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, at present we are shipping only within India, and hope to expand deliveries worldwide soon.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

We take 2-7 days to deliver your order across India.

HOW CAN I VIEW STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After your order is received, we will send you an email notification confirming the order, along with the invoice and address details. Thereafter, we will send you email notifications once the shipment has been dispatched and on the date of delivery.

You can also track your order on the ‘My Orders’ section of the website.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

It is advisable that upon receiving your order, you inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If the box looks physically damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the same and return it to the delivery partner. COD orders cannot be opened for inspection before payment is made to the courier person in full.
In case you open the order package after delivery, please notify us within 5 days of any damage and we will attempt to replace the same at the earliest. Any delay beyond 5 days will transfer the liability of the damage to you and Table Joy will not be responsible for the same.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A DELAY IN MY ORDER?

While we take all efforts to ensure you get your order in time, if for any reason there is an unforeseen delay in shipping, we will notify you of the same.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the placement of the order, we shall notify you about the same and seek your confirmation on shipment of available products in your order. In such cases, the payment against the unshipped products from the order shall be refunded to the original source.
